Mark from MEL Development has worked on various projects at Villa Antigua for over 8 years. He is an exceptionally skilled contractor who has been a pleasure to work with. He is conscientious of our budgetary constraints and continually works with not only the HOA, but our homeowners as well. He has been working on a project throughout our community replacing the wood siding on each unit with Hardie Board. An inspection was performed by a representative of James Hardie and he received the highest rating regarding his installation work of these materials. He recently replaced a stucco perimeter wall which faces Santo Road. Not only did his proposal come in at $20,000 less than the next lowest proposal, I feel the workmanship exceeded industry standards. He works well with the homeowners and understands the importance of our CC&Rs. I would highly recommend him for any construction/building maintenance project.

I had Mel Development do a kitchen remodel job for my home, excellent work they are very professional and knowledgeable on there craft. The kitchen came out beautiful. I would recommend Mel Development to anyone.

Mel's Development saved us thousands of dollars with their understanding of how to use "Hardie Board Solid Fiber Cement Siding". Mark showed us the difference in materials and the future cost saving. The room and kitchen remodel came out great and Its nice to have a contractor that knows how to come in on budget.
