We loved working with Gladstone in getting our AC and heat installed. We have a 100 year old craftsman that previously didn’t have AC. His team replaced the old heater and installed AC. Mike from Gladstone is super responsive and helpful; when I later had issues with our Nest, he promptly helped replace it and worked with Nest on the warranty. We had Mike replace our heating system 6 years ago. It worked great with no problems. Recently, we decided to add AC. We contacted Mike and received a very competitive quote. As expected, Mike was professional and efficient. He responded immediately to all of my questions and requests. His crew, Marco, Noel and Eric were reliable and effective. Marco explained everything we needed to know. He even helped us fix a light fixture for an unrelated job!

I have bought 2 complete HVAC systems and one furnace from Gladstone for my income properties and am happy to recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable and their workers are all real professionals. I only wish they did repairs as well as new installs.

Mike was very responsive and professional!! He came out to look at the house and provided a written quote with options that we can choose from. The job at our house was tricky due to the small attic so it took the Gladstone’s crew a little longer than expected but they were so courteous and even gave us a small discount at the end for going over the expected time. Overall the experience working with Gladstone Heating was great and I highly recommend them!!
