Livan was very helpful through out the process. I have my upstairs flooring done; replaced carpet to vinyl flooring. I am very happy with the work they have done. Their installation and material used are of high quality. Their price is very reasonable and affordable. I received excellent service. I will be using them again to replace downstairs flooring as well.

If you find Alpha kitchen for kitchen, bath remodeling, you are lucky because you won't need to waste your time to find better place. Alpha is equipped with all the factors and conditions of the best business partner which you can't disagree. They are responsive, caring customer, resourceful, sincere, and most importantly have best quality for the money. If you have tight budget but still want good or better quality, Alpha can satisfy you. If you have ample amount money to spend, Alpha can allow you to remodel more area and thing with your budget than others. No hassle, no hidden fees, Vivian (they have two Vivian, both are great btw) is great to guide you to make best decision. Last minute request or change isn't always welcome but do not hesitate with Alpha. They seem to be fine with that. I will definitely do a business again with them when we move to a new place as long as they still maintain their business. Hope they can make bigger success and maintain the same quality and same affordability in the future. Vivian, please make a visit any time soon. We are almost done with flooring and painting. We owe you a cup of coffee.

I was blown away at the efficiency, quality and reasonable price of my kitchen update! The installers were very attentive to detail, leveling all the cabinets, confirming with me my installation preferences and cleaning the work site at the end of every day. When Vivian promised a 2 week turnaround for my cabinets, countertops and tile I was doubtful, but then they surprised me by finishing ahead of schedule! Fast communication turnaround by email and text. I would not hesitate to call this team back for my next project.

This review is way overdue. I found this company at Get 1 free coupon Magazine, after going to Home Depot and another company that wasn't interested in "little jobs". I requested in home estimates at 3 other remodel companies that advertised in the same magazine. From the beginning, the customer service was impeccable and it was the main reason to choose them. Vivian and Livan did a free 3D in-home estimate and answered all my questions and provided advice. I communicated with Livan most of the time and he was always polite and ready to answer my questions. They even accommodated a last minute change in the final design without any issues. This is my first remodel project and I was apprehensive after hearing all the awful stories about the project taking weeks or months to finish and all the problems that could arise etc. They explained the whole process to me, they told me it was going to take 3 days. Everything was right on schedule, no surprises, the crew (sorry didn't get their names) finished in 2 days and a half and cleaned up after they were done. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. In regard to prices there is not comparison with other companies. You really get the discounts advertised in the magazine ad. I went to the showroom twice and the whole process was a breeze from start to finish. The kitchen faucet got loose last week, I sent a text to Livan and it was fixed the same night. They don't forget about you after they receive the last payment like many companies do. I love my new kitchen and you can judge for yourself the quality of the job in the pictures.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Vivian from Alpha Kitchen & Bath. They are a family owned business and we have nothing but good things to say about our remodel experience. We received quotes from 5 different companies and ended up choosing Alpha Kitchen and Bath for a couple of reasons. First of all, they have great Yelp reviews and a beautiful showroom. Their pricing was very reasonable and Vivian really worked hard to help us stay within budget. They clearly marked and itemized all work actions and we were able to remove items that we could DIY. For example, doing our own backsplash really help us stay on budget. The company was very responsive to email, text and direct calling. Vivian and team kept us in the loop through the whole process. Her installation team did great quality work and were fast, clean and efficient.
