        I am thrilled with the job 911 Restoration did on our two bathrooms. The whole experience from planning to execution was positive and seamless. Jordan did a great job evaluating the project and made great suggestions on ways to improve our initial plan - some of the suggestions even saved us money! Lauren and Kaylena did a wonderful job of keeping us updated and ordering all the components that we wanted. I simple picked out the different components and emailed them the links and they took care of ordering and receiving the products. My favorite part was Edgar the project manager. So professional and great at his job. The work was well done and perfect. Edgar also gave us great ideas that made the project even better. Not only that, he and Alejandro, contained the construction area and kept everything clean and organized. I will use this company each time I have a construction project.

        We had an exhaust fan fire in one of our bathrooms and 911 Restoration took care of the restoration and repair work. From the start, working with Jordan Clarke and David Cipolla, we had nothing but a positive experience with the work they did for us. Their communication was excellent - who was coming out and when. All of the workers were professionals who came on time and did quality work. A shout out to the project manager Edgar Acosta who went above and beyond to help us. The timeline to complete all the work came in just as expected. I would highly recommend 911 Restoration if you ever need an emergency service.

        We had a roof leak during some heavy rains that cause damage to the ceiling. After getting ghosted by my insurance company, a friend recommended 911 Restoration. David was able to send a team out the same day and they were able to set up a containment unit and finish the demo work in about 2 hours. The cut out the damaged part of the ceiling, removed the insulation, treated for mold, set up blowers and dehumidifiers and left the space spotless. Jose, Ramiro, Christian and Jose Jr. were very nice and professional. This company's communication is top notch.
