Ive used Precise GDS multiple times over the years. Originally, it was to extend the life of our homes 20 year old garage door opener, which they successfully kept going for a couple of extra years.
Then most recently, I went with Precise to get a new door and opener. Andrey was a pleasure to work with on that. He was very transparent and knowledgeable. I never felt like he was trying to sell me, which I appreciated.
The new door and opener has been great. Very quiet compared to our old one, has an app, and has a camera built in. We are pleased with our decision and the outcome.

A couple of weeks ago we had an issue with our garage where it wouldn't open, so we called Precise up and they were able to get someone out the same day. When Andrey showed up, he was nice and explained everything he was doing and even provided pointers to an issue I pointed out as well.

My garage door was uneven when closed. I called Precise. They came out and quickly fixed my door and lubricated all parts. Andrey the technician was very knowlegdable and explained what else I could do to make my door work better as it is at least 20years old. I just wanted the door to close properly and parts lubricated. He did that and the door works so much better and is not as noisy. I will have Precise back to do some of the changes suggested at a later date. I would recommend them.
