Zero stars if I could, because, this man, George deserves it with his pathetic ethics and lack of respect for humanity. Let me give you the run down. This man and his staff are trained not to give pricing in his shop, but instead, he talks and talks and talks your ears off with no respect for your time to make it look like he likes you and hes making friends with you. Then he will weasel his way into the privacy of your own home to see the scope of how much he can overcharge you. Meanwhile, talking trash about certain ethnicities and how he purposely gauges them and makes up fake stories on how he provides carpets for every hotel in San Diego and hes been selling carpet for 60 years and nobody has what he has. Meanwhile wasting even more of your time. All of this could be avoided by simply giving pricing for whatever the consumer is interested in, like normal flooring retailers. Sadly, I read his Yelp reviews after I wasted time with him. Time I cannot replace!!!!! At first, I felt bad for him and tried to respect him because of his age, but after his clear lack of professionalism, my respect has gone out the door. Stay away from this WORST/WURTS shop unless you have hours and hours to listen to his complete stories and lies and trash talking about people, whether they fall for his outrageous pricing or are simply smarter than that. Do yourself a favor and shop and find RESPECTABLE store owners with good prices because ANYBODY can get ANY flooring...its available everywhere!!!

I walked into their showroom and it was stacked with tons of quality samples and rugs and hardwood flooring sample among things. I had a chance to see some of their interior design projects completed in San Diego. The staff was more then helpful, thoughtful and even offered me some water. If they treat stranger this well I can only imagine the quality of their work, looking forward to using them soon for a project in our home.
