They messed up my delivery order. French dip didnt come with Au Jus, which kinda ruins the whole sandwich. Manager said Id have to work with DoorDash instead of offering an apology or other options. Its like they didnt care. Waste of $$$

Kyle our bartender, is always a love, says my friend who comes here. Omg the BEST tomato basil soup and the best Crab bisque. And the Parmesan Crostinis are the best on earth!
Such a lovely afternoon snack
Then shop till you drop at Nordstroms! LOL!
Vegetarian options: Tomato bisque! Yes please! Ask for extra Crostini

Single diner. On a Wednesday at 1:30pm. Not busy. Took five minutes for any of the half dozen front of house employees to say hello. Manager more concerned with a service dog on the bench next to me than the host hanging out in the kitchen.

Ive been coming to Nordstrom for YEARS and the service I received today was absolutely unacceptable. We had the displeasure of having the server "Hailey or Haliegh" and she was extremely rude. She walked away from the table while I was still speaking and I could see her staring me down from the corner.  She made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable which is shocking because i've been coming here for so long. What was even more shocking was finding out that she was the manager at the time or "lead" as I was told. I expect so much more from Nordstrom which prides itself on customer service. If I was management I would rethink having someone as rude and passive aggressive as her on my management team. To emphasize how bad my experience was, I created a yelp account just to leave this review, If i could leave zero stars just for the service i would but the food was amazing as usual, with everything that happened it reminded me why i've been coming here for so long.
