Esteban and Martin (I think that was his name), came to my house to install a fan I had bought from Fan Diego. Fan Diego sent the fan home with me without the proper downrod. I waited a week for this appointment, then all day for the install. I was so upset that they now could not install it. They helped me call Fan Diego top see if they could locate the proper down rod... which they did, then they offered to go to Fan Diego and get the part and return and install it...all this near 5 PM at the end of their day. Thank you guys, that was much appreciated, and the fan works great! Roxanne

This is absolutely the worst Electric company in San Diego. First the company sent out two incompetent technicians to work on my electrical problem. They could not find the electrical problem I originally called them for, so they walked around the house running up the bill, asking me questions which did not pertain to my electrical issue. After a hour of unproductive wandering, they finally replaced two breakers from my fuse box which probably did not need to be replaced. After they left and "fixed" the problem, I found myself with a none working stove which was working fine before the technicians came and "fixed " my problem. I called the company and talked to another technician. He said he could diagnose and fix the problem. He said he would search for the correct parts and keep me updated. After a week of NO-contact, I finally called the company back and talked to the receptionist. She said a technician would called me back immediately about finding the parts. After a hour of waiting, no phone call, I called the company back and someone finally answered my call. I was informed that the company was unsuccessful in finding the parts I needed. A technician quoted me a price which included the work from the first job that I had not paid because I had a new electrical problem caused by the technicians. When time came for the payment, the original price the technician "quoted" me for both jobs was no longer valid and I would have to pay a higher price. I was surprised because the "quoted" price for both jobs was altered. This company failed to send me the bill or invoice for the first job and now I was being penalized by paying a higher price for a mistake this company made. Bottom line DO NOT hire this company, There are far better options out there. Do yourself a favor, save your money and time and choose a honest and more professional company. Service: Panel replacement or upgrade
