Had my customer's drapes cleaned here. The results were outstanding; they were professionally fan folded and well pressed, but not too much. The job was finished on time within a week, pricing was reasonable, the service in person and over the phone was excellent. I'm so happily impressed.

Hesitate to give negative comments on the small business, I understand that everyone is not easy in this circumstance. But, there's an issue here with this cleaner. They have promotion coupon printed on brochures which I never received, has to be presented with the orders, or you have to print out the coupon by yourself. Otherwise, you don't get discount., PERIOD. NOT NEGOTIABLE! The lady named, Connie, awas very RUDE. Just for your reference, I do Not Reccomend this cleaner .

So I initially wasnt going to write a review. Its not my thing and I especially dont like writing negative reviews, however I feel taken advantage of and lied to by this establishment. UC dry cleaners is right around the corner from my house, my family and I come here for our dry cleaning needs. Its never been exceptional service, weve never had a truly negative experience. A few months ago I took a cashmere sweater, which I love, to get cleaned. It had a very light stain on it which I pointed out to them and asked if they could try to remove, although I was aware that may not be possible. When the time came, I went to pick up my clothes and they told me that they could not remove the stain, I understood and paid what they asked. When I got home I noticed that the sweater now had 2 more small stains on it which were not there before!! At this point Im really frustrated because I pretty much paid to have my beautiful expensive sweater further ruined. **Now for the reason I chose to write a review in the first place. The sweater sat in my closet for a few months, I didnt have the heart to part with it. I decided I needed to hand wash a few items at home today and I decided to see what would happen if I washed my sweater by hand. I took some oxi clean stain remover spray, scrubbed, rinsed and washed. To my complete surprise ALL THREE stains are now totally gone. And that is the reason Im writing this negative review. I had been told the original stain could not be removed, my sweater was stained further and I was still asked to pay. Yet all this was a total lie, if I could get the stains out with oxi clean at home they surely didnt try very hard.. I would not recommend coming here, unfortunately.
