image I have called their office dozens of time with no answer and vm full. They replace one of my windows a few months ago and with the recent rain I had the worst leak!!! My wall is damaged. The water came in through the edges. My home has so many windows and this is the only one that was not sealed properly. So much water came in. What makes it even worse is not being able to speak to anyone at their office. How can a business go this long without answering their phones? As a business owner myself I just simply do not understand. Beyond unprofessional.

image I’m a homeowner for a single family house. I had 1 window where the snap molding holding the window in was damaged. I called Mesa Glass out and they gave me a reasonable quote to do the work. They chose to remove the window to fix the snap molding and resealed around the window. Unfortunately, they didn’t bring enough snap molding to account for damaged molding. I sent them a picture with 9 places where the molding had cracks, breaks, and holes. They agreed to come out with a complete set of new molding and try again. They did just that and came out again. The problem appeared to be resolved, but a few days later I found the snap molding not holding. Now instead of having a gap at the bottom of my window, I had a gap at the top ( this would allow rain to come directly into our house). Again, I had someone from The company come out. They were ill prepared. The gave a diagnosis, but didn’t have the materials to do the work. He told me they’d contact me back when they get the materials to reschedule. I never heard from them. I was left with a large gap across the entire top of my window (exposing me to rain and water damage). Due to lack of response, I had to step in and perform the work myself. Very disappointing customer service and quality.
