      image This is my first time here and dropped off one blouse and one sweatshirt, and this is how I picked them up I would not consider this clean. Theres still deodorant marks, and they both smell musty. Very disappointed! Will be disputing this charge on my credit card.

      image They did a mega huge load of laundry in one day even though they'd said it'd take 2 days! They also accommodated my request for maximum heat wash and rinse and double wash! Everything was folded very nicely and bagged professionally making the plastic bags into nifty little handle bars fir carrying. I had 4 large bags and the front desk assistant even carried out the heaviest item and placed it where I asked while I placed the other items. It seems VIP has their iprofessionally laundering figured out!
