The mechanics did a great job, I have not had any issues with my vehicle so far after leaving the dealership. My issue was with my advisor. He did a terrible job with communication. I had to reach out multiple times to get an update on what was going on with my vehicle. He lied to me about calling me back. He told me my vehicle would be finished in a few days because of parts and then without any heads up it was done, which in theory is great news , but when he doesnt even give me a heads up and I have to scramble to find a way to get my vehicle or Im threatened that I will have to pay for my rental that was being covered by my warranty is not okay. To top that off he was supposed to call the rental company to switch over the charges to the dealership and he didnt so I had to call and fix his mistake. All it would have taken to satisfy me is a little effort and good customer services as I received the first time I went to this dealership. Which is why I returned in the first place. Very disappointed and I will not return or encourage others to come to this dealership.
