Update April 2024. Overall experience continues to be excellent. Have been taking our car there since 2018. It is very re-assuring to deal with the same person (Oscar) each time we go. All of the people I dealt with were professional, friendly, and very efficient. Oscar, in particular, has outstanding people skills - and an excellent ability to communicate and follow through. The lobby and service areas are clean and bright. We were very comfortable with the people and the place.

This was such an enjoyable experience! It was quick and so efficient. Everyone was so helpful, so nice and so excited for our family. The experience we had at Marvin K Brown truly made purchasing a car fun and easy for us. We had shopped around at other locations and been treated horribly so it was very refreshing to meet people who were on our team when buying a car!! We will definitely come here for our next truck!
