Their people are rude, will treat you like dirt when they come into your neighborhood and they operate during illegal hours.

We just had our panels installed on roof top, we chose them because they had the newest Panasonic Evervolt panels. Their service were great, and we are happy overall. We got stuck on permit for a while but that was the city, after permit was approved the installation and inspection went super fast (like in one week). Their staffs were very fast responding with emails and phone calls. They usually only do Wi-Fi connection from the combine box to home internet, but they connected ethernet cable for us when we requested (with cable running to the combine box provided by ourselves).
We are expecting quality customer care for the long run but time will tell.
We would recommend Sunline Energy to our friends.

This was a 5 star review, but Sunline has dragged their feet in sending out a refund check for almost 2 weeks. Will re-adjust this (maybe) if they ever decide to get their billing department off their butt and send what they owe me.

After several years of trying to find a solid solar contractor (we interviewed over 8), and with two failed starts with other contractors that overpromised, we were truly grateful to find Sunline Energy. Wow. What a difference - from the initial of Devon Wiltbank with his detailed, no-pressure, informative sales call, to Jacob Smith and his installation crew. We can't say enough on how impressed we were with every single Sunline employee we came in contact with. Whether over the phone or in person, we experienced nothing but professionalism and courtesy. As managers, we know how difficult it is to maintain that type of across-the-board consistency. We had a full re-rooofing job with 29 solar panels installed as well as a Solatube and additional electrical work to accommodate a future electric vehicle. The crew was very respectful, always on time and cleaned up after each day. We remember reading Sunline reviews on Yelp and thinking it was too good to be true - how could a company receive so many 5-star reviews? We are here as a testament that Sunline energy is a one-stop company for roofing and solar.
