Last six years, I have been going to great clips. This time I faced the worst situation. Great clips employee raising her voice on me because my coupon could not apply. She argued that I had already used this coupon, but I was not. Another employee came and resolved the issue. Very disappointed when they raised their voice in front of so many people.
