Delightful experience. I had scheduled my appointment online, but mistakenly scheduled for a different day. I showed up, and Pablo managed to fit me in. Closing a bank account and opening a new one took less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

My checks were rejected to be deposited into my checking account at this branch. I went to another branch and they didn't have any problem. I called customer service and they said that my checks were okay , that there was nothing wrong. I wasted my time here and spent and uncomfortable situation at this branch. Hope their services improve in the near future.

I went into the branch on Thursday April 01, 2021 early afternoon to do a simple currency exchange transaction. All American currency. I went in there to exchange several hundred dollars in rolled quarters for hundred dollar bills. The teller Cassandra teller number 6 as she identifies herself gave me absolutely unprofessional discriminatory service. She had an attitude like she just did not want to do the transaction. I prechecked everything prior to going into the branch the same day to make sure everything would go smooth. The gentleman said there will be no problem, whom I spoke to over the phone. As soon as i got up to the teller window i described what I wanted and TOLD HER I HAD several hundred dollars in ROLLED QUARTERS. She looks at me and snaps at me..."WELL CAN I SEE?" As if i am lying to her. Then Cassandra starts telling me in a i don't care in a type of way attitude about that she can only exchange $100. She is asking me about having an account in a snotty way. The gentleman who i spoke to over the phone walked by and asked me, was i the one that called? I responded yes. He saw Cassandra was giving me a hard time and cleared the problem she was giving me. I was really appalled by her rudeness so much i asked to speak to the branch manager. I told her that....along with all blacks are NOT bad people. She responds she is not here today. She walks away with attitude and comes back with the lead associate operations business card. Then she identifies herself and says you can tell her i am Cassandra, teller number 6. In lousy way.In addition Cassandra NEVER gave me a receipt for the transaction that was performed. I was Never asked did i want one. The customer in front me did not want a receipt, that does not mean I did not want one. I was so caught up in her unprofessional behavior. She gives me Claudia Salgado's card. I wrote her an email about the situation and its keeps being returned. I finally called the Chase bank call center to file a complaint. They tell me the Branch manager is actually Joy Bursley. I have not yet heard anything from Chase or the branch manager. I call the branch directly and its just relays we are busy, call the call center. I have followed up twice with the call center, which is always a bad choppy connection, I not given a complaint reference number the first time i called. They said it would be 1 to 2 business days max for someone to respond to the complaint. I did not hear anything for 3 days. I called to follow up and it's just as if I did not make a complaint at all. I spoke the same individual both times. The same bad call connection also.
Then she gives me a reference number after asked, and said the same thing, it will be 1 to 2 business days for someone to respond. It is now April 13, 2021 and absolutely nothing. This is very unprofessional in high regard.
