A house I rented in OB was condemed after I repirted the landlord to the city. Windows were broken and boarded up, the roof leaked and the electrical was exposed and jimmy rigged. All was supposed to be repaired before I moved. I pulked up with my UHaul from LA and noting had been done. 6 months later after lots of back and forth and no repairs I reported him. I hired Mr. Curry after the landlord retaliated by shutting off our eater and electric. Mr. Curry is no joke! He contacted the landlord and laid down the law! He was clearly someone who knows what needs to be done and had my utilities back on the same day
