Our company did some trademark related business with Gordon & Rees LLP 4 years ago. We were a small client - but still a client.
In 2014, they sent me an invoice out of the blue. I called and was told it was intended for another client and disregard OK.
Last week, they sent another invoice. I called their office again and an accountant confirmed we owed what the invoice stated. I asked to speak directly to our attorney who we had dealt with in the past. She left - came back and said ignore the charges - another error. But the attorney was too busy to talk. I said I wish he could have least jumped on the phone and talked to me, or called back.
If our company sent out 2 wrong invoices and a client had to call twice to get it resolved, Id jump on the phone and deal with it - especially if the customer wanted to talk. Sorry - bad PR.
