        I hired a lawyer on behalf of a relative & Jacob Austin never once contacted me & he does an extremely poor job of contacting who he represents. I’ve contacted Grant MULTIPLE times to relay messages to Mr. Austin & he either is not doing so or Mr. Austin does nothing about the information that is communicated. I Paid $7,500 for essentially absolutely nothing. I would not recommend hiring within this office. I wouldn’t even provide a 1 star, unfortunately that’s the lowest you’re allowed to score.
