We have used many different companies in the past 34 years and Rancho Coastal has definitely been the best. They did a fabulous job on the many different trees. The staff was wonderful to work with! Thank you Rancho Coastal!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional tree care service provided by Rancho Coastal. From start to finish, their professionalism, talent, and dedication to their craft were evident in every aspect of their work. Firstly, the Operations Manager, Suzanna, was a pleasure to work with. She demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise in arboriculture, carefully assessing the condition of our trees and providing valuable insights into the best course of action for their maintenance. Her communication throughout the process was clear, prompt, and always professional, ensuring that we were well-informed and comfortable with the proposed plan. She visited our home on multiple occasions, both prior to and on several additional occasions while the work was being accomplished. Suzanna made certain we were happy with the finished look of each tree. The arborists, Fecundo, Jaco, and Luna exhibited remarkable skill and precision in the trimming of our trees. They approached the task with meticulous attention to detail, expertly shaping each tree to enhance its natural beauty while promoting healthy growth. Their expertise was particularly evident in the delicate trimming of our acacia, tall eucalyptus, and aleppo pine trees, which now stand as stunning focal points in our landscape. Furthermore, I must commend the entire crew for their outstanding work ethic and dedication to safety. Despite the challenges posed by the relatively narrow passage alongside our house to the street, and the steep hill on which the trees had become overgrown, the crew executed their tasks with utmost professionalism and efficiency. They worked tirelessly to ensure that the trimming process was carried out safely and with no disruption to our property, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and coordination throughout. Not only did the crew succeed in keeping our trees well-balanced and artistically beautiful, but they also went above and beyond to protect the structures and our house below.
