Ordered dishwasher, prepaid and had date for install. Only told us they could not provide the DW after many weeks of holding our money...and only after we called and asked them "what's going on" Staff attitude: "Not my job man" DO NOT USE.

We started a kitchen remodel in 2022. We were referred to Pirch in La Jolla and to use Freddy. Freddy gave us excellent advice and help. He's gone out of his way to make sure we got everything we need from the appliances and also made sure Miele gave us our rebate, which they had denied online. The installation was done very professionally and it looks great in our new kitchen. We had an issue with our Miele steam oven, and again, Pirch came through and got it resolved with Miele. Freddy knows his business and gives wonderful directions and help. The customer service people have also been excellent and went out of their way to help us. Excellent people and excellent store.

I ordered appliances over 2 years ago, paid for them in full and still getting the runaround about when they are available, the story constantly changes, now they wont respond to emails, now Im waiting in the lobby for a manager

Made a purchase April 2023. Was still waiting for all my items to arrive decided to go another direction requested a refund persistent to the contract. Its been three weeks with no refund and no word on why or if and when its coming these guys are frauds stay away from them. They have my money I have no products.
