This is the company to go to if you need any type of refrigerator service. Thought it was time to throw away our refrigerator because it wouldn't freeze or cool. It's been 6 months since the repair and the refrigerator works like new. Thank you for everything!

First, the tech shows up without a mask. Then stands in my kitchen trying to troubleshoot the problem. Then states that he needs to call Thermador for help. He packs his stuff, leaves my house and I never hear from him again. This place is a total scam. Glad I wasn’t charged.

Fast response to service request, showed up exactly on time, very quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. I will use them again someday.

Very easy to schedule an appointment - they even had same day appointments available. Their tech came within his 2 hour window and called/texted to give me a heads up on his ETA. He was friendly, knowledgable, and clearly explained what the problem was with my dishwasher and how he'd fix it. and the dishwasher has been running fine since

the Guys from Viking and Thermador Appliance Repair was right on time, super fast and focused and fixed our wine cooler in 30 minutes. No up-selling, no hidden charges, not last-minute calls from the technician. Scheduling over the phone was easy, and they were quite apologetic about being booked out a week, but hey, that's a good sign, right? Thanks, Viking and Thermador Appliance Repair !
