EXPRESS APPLIANCE SERVICE

I found our dishwasher power just goes off after washing the dishes and never process to the heating cycle.  We texted our problem to company and they reached us pretty quickly so we could schedule easily without several calls. And the technician Igor was very patient and took a quite some time to inspect our dishwasher. He detected the possible problems and also pointed out it could be electric problem. So he gave a possible solution to try out and it worked successfully. We have previously called in another company but they have failed in detecting and solving a problem. Lots of thanks to our technician about explaining the details to me so I could understand.

We were able to text company with problem and schedule service call for our dishwasher that wasn't draining.  Problem was solved the next day by Cezar!  Thank you!  We will definitely use their services again if needed.

Fantastic Service. Called the business and Sarah was responsive and quick to schedule an appointment to fix my Thermadore oven. Cezar, the business owner, was very knowledgable and helpful. He ordered the needed parts and came back the day he got them to finish the job. Total time elapsed was two days. Three weeks later I called them again to fix my broken Kenmore Elite dishwasher. Cezar squeezed in time at the end of the day, coming at 4:30 pm to finish the job instead of waiting for the next day. He also took the time to explain what had happened and gave recommendations about better maintenance of the machine. It's not the first time I contacted them. Over the past 10 years, Cezar fixed my Subzero fridge at least 4 times. Nicest people, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and really Cezar takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Cezary did a great job fixing my dishwasher, and putting a new motor in my down draft fan for my gas range. He was knowledgeable, prompt, her followed through, and he did a great job. I will use him and his company in the future. You should, too.

Excellent service. My refrigerator had stopped cooling, and Express was able to get a technician out early the next day. Upon arriving, he correctly diagnosed the problem, installed a replacement part, and got the fridge running again - all in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended.
