Words cant describe how unprofessional the new manager is. Being a professional myself, I have seen overall that professionalism in corporate America is going to trash and not being taken seriously by business owners. Customer service is highly important and should be supervised thoroughly. There is no one to call at this apartment complex which is frustrating and worrisome. Manager had the audacity to wipe feet on the way OUT of our apartment (on HD camera and saved for reporting purposes, customer service, and for tenant awareness) because manager felt good for entering our apartment after we told her not to do so because we were only informed maintenance would come. This happened Friday March 11, at 12:13 pm.. Rude and doesnt properly communicate with tenants.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They take a week to answer. The new manager is extremely rude and unprofessional and argumentative for no good reason. She hangs up the phone when she is frustrated and has harassed me with maintenance concerns. She put 5 notices on my door under civil section 1954 for maintenance to come in the following week during all business hours. Civil code 1954(c) states that the landlord may not abuse or use this right to harass the tenant. She also received an email from me cancelling a maintenance appointment and had maintenance enter my apartment without permission anyway, which caused me to yell at the vendor and maintenance man and slam the door. This is all because she ignored me and did as she wanted to. She also wiped her feet on my door mat in a taunting manner on the way out when she left with maintenance today (caught on camera). There is also a leak coming from the crack of my tub (due to the poor quality of material) that I promptly let maintenance know about when I saw the leak, and they are considering charging me for the project. If so, Ill have to take it to court. The new manager verbally told me in my apartment that I wouldnt be responsible for the costs. Ridiculous. I had no idea there was a crack in a standing shower. Ridiculous. She also cancelled my automatic click pay automatic payments for no good reason. This so called fair housing is how they treat a disabled veteran.

Do not move here. It's taken me some time to process what happened to me here but here it goes. On moving day I was met by an awful manager who did not want to help me. I had a horrible back injury and could barely walk. I can't remember his name but moving in day was a total disaster. My unit was dirty, no working oven and my refrigerator looked liked it had been painted over to cover rust. The carpet smelled of urine, screen door didn't open and walls had holes.Second week in I was attacked by a delivery driver by the office. I was picked up and thrown across the parking lot. I had to go to ER. I was told when I moved in that there were security cameras. After the attack I called the office to get the footage but was told there were no cameras. So I had no footage to give the cops. I asked why I was told there were cameras during the vetting process but given a " I don't know" answer. Because of this, the cops didn't charge the guy who attacked me.Then...during Covid; one of their vendors was walking around saying he didn't care if he gave any of the residents Covid. This particular vendor was working on the residents building. I told the office and I believe he was fired but this person knew I told the office. He came back in the middle of the night and threw a giant rock through my window! It almost hit me in the head! Completely horrifying!  The office gave me a Starbucks card that actually didn't work to make up for the incident. THEN....one morning while I am sleeping;  I hear a big THUD and open my eyes...  only to see a man on my private balcony trying to break in!!!! I called security screaming then called 911!! Apparently the guy lived upstairs....the cops and security chased him around for days but couldn't catch him. Next thing I know I get a letter saying my rent is getting increased 150$! WTF! They hadn't even caught the guy and security was living in my parking spot. They gave me an excuse about how my rent being raised had nothing to do with the guy breaking into my place. But I've been working as a property manager recently and what I know NOW is that raising rent is discretionary .  This management company is crap. They can all go fuck themselves. My life was at risk the entire time I lived there. I should have sued. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Well kept, quiet, clean, nice location. Unable to move into a different unit while under lease. Even if you are willing to sign a new 12 month lease with higher rent.
