Customer service was very good, very thorough the RV was like new everything functioned properly my only problem is their policy. could not pick up the RV till after one and had to return it before 11 oclock had to cut our trip short by one day to get back into town The night before to get the vehicle back between eight and 11

Overall a positive experience at the end of everything. We rented a lovely RV for 10 days and it functioned pretty well. There was an issue with the furnace, which led us to talk with customer support a number of times (amazingly helpful people!), and 100 miles out of our way to get a repair (fantastic repair place). We lost a day of our trip, which was unfortunate. El Monte RV was responsive about it and refunded a more-than-fair amount of money without us needing to make demands. So, despite some frustration and anxiety, it all worked out great. My one suggestion to El Monte would be to provide enough RV toilet chemical to see the customers through the trip. It's not easy to find when you're visiting national parks, but it is really cheap and could easily be part of the rental fee.
