Sloppy example of law enforcement. Better yourselfs. No reason to be conducting a stop with your uniform crumpled up and dried drool stains on your lip nd shirt.

Turns out this CHP goes by Pelli and his supervisor says there's nothing illegal about a Uturn made against a red light and in the wrong direction of travel as long as it's done by a CHP and not by a citizen. These guys are breaking the law because they are the law. Shame shame.
