I went in to have a dress altered, hoping to tighten the bust, shorten the straps, etc. The tailor took a look, decided the dress was too complicated to do those alterations, but said it could be hemmed. I said okay, feeling awkward to leave without doing anything. 2 weeks later, picked up my barely hemmed dress for $95. Apparently the length of the dress increased the price as well as the press and steam, which I did not ask for. The dress was perfectly clean. Oh well, best to ask for a quote next time and take care of the straight seam hem job myself. Service: Alterations

The building and guy there smell like smoke. My clothes came out smelling fine and looking clean, which I'm somewhat surprised at and grateful for, but I won't be returning.

Broke all but two of my jacket’s shell buttons on one wash and refused to make restitution of any kind. Tried to say I didn’t wash it there and insinuated I was lying when I haven’t done dry cleaning anywhere else since I bought the coat. Told me to take my jacket and not come back. Don’t bring anything of quality here and inspect all your clothing when leaving if you do risk it.

Worst dry cleaners in salinas i took in my leather jacket and the old asian man told me i already picked it up even though i didn’t and i told him And he said that he will look again that then a couple of hours later he calls me and tells me too pick up my jacket and it smelled so bad like fish. When i brought it in it did not smell that way in my opinion it was more dirty than when i dropped it off the price was more on the expensive side too so far the worst place in salinas too get your clothes cleaned
