image It's fortunate. I went to autozone to get a new alternator from my Van and on the way back home. It died on me right there on El Camino I was stressed out I didn't know what to do I got it up on some little space. Come to find out it was the owner of the place in front of me. That was his parking spot, I told him what happened so I walked around to see if anybody would let me at least plug in my extension cord, maybe and drag it across the street so I can charge or jump my battery and get out of there. One of the employees there, said bro I got you. Bring your battery over here and I'll give it a charge. I asked him how long did he think he told me an hour? I gave it about 45 minute went back and he gave me my battery free of charge. Amazing worker. I'm sorry I need to start getting people's names. I didn't get a chance to get his name. But whoever it was whoever you are if you're reading this. I appreciate you so much. I didn't have any money on me. And I didn't want to get my Van towed. And you just save me from a bunch of other stuff as well ,,awesome. Guess I'll have to come in and get some service done for the cause. Hope you're still there. Hope you get promoted for this. You deserve it.

image Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this shop. Prior to making an appointment for an alignment for my class c Ford Majestic RV I called for an estimate. I was quoted $250-390 if other parts needed to be replaced. I brought my RV in............. even though it was my birthday because that's the first appointment & was preparing for an upcoming pre-planned Thanksgiving trip. I dropped the RV off at 9am...& 4 hours later I finally received a phone call ...I returned to pick up the RV & was erroneaously charged $100 for absolutely nothing...& not even the oil was chabfed....Literally NOTHING was done on the vehicle I didn't even get an inspection....I was never told I would be charged a huge fee for nothing being completed. I was told that my vehicle was in such terrible condition that they couldn't even give me a repair quote during this visit. I was told it was too dangerous to drive, but yet I was sent off the lot with it anyway... counsel & chp has since confirmed this was not only unsafe but also potentially illegal. Several hours later I was given a quote by email for almost $5k. I drove the rv from Wyoming to CA & find it hard to believe it's as bad as they say it is...not to mention they wouldn't provide photos of such supposed awful conditions & sent ne on my way in this "dangerous" vehicle with no problemn...needless to say ill be finding another shop that doesn' charge fees for no work performed. & doesn't charge double labor Very disappointed this place swindles its customers & is extremely misleading!

Hey Cari, we are sorry that you did not find our service to be satisfactory, as we always strive to provide the best service we can to our customers. You were provided with a written estimate for the alignment or the inspection fee if the vehicle could not be aligned, which was signed for. The required repairs were explained in detail, along with the safety issues present on the vehicle, and were told directly that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. We also offered the opportunity to wait for the written estimate for repair but instead, you opted to provide an e-mail address to receive the written estimate at a later time, which was sent within an hour of the vehicle leaving. While we understand that the cost of the repairs may seem high, the repairs were entirely necessary; the vehicle has over 140,000 miles and the parts are mostly original, not to mention the damaged components that created the safety concerns. It is industry standard to charge an inspection fee when a vehicle has been inspected, there is time and labor associated with that inspection. Again, we apologize if there seems to have been any miscommunication, but we are committed to keeping our community safe and have been for over 40 years.
