Mega Power Electric was outstanding to work with. When we had an issue during construction they always responded quickly. The install was on time and on budget and any time we have something pop up on the maintenance side they are aware and come out to inspect. We have been very happy with their service from install to maintenance.

We had an excellent experience with Mega Power from start to finish. In more details:
1. End-to-End Process
The whole process, from us reaching out to Mega Power, to having the solar panels installed and running, took about 3 weeks. All this without us feeling any pressure to choose them. For comparison, for all other companies we talked to, the first available opening for the installation was at least a month in the future and, on top of that, they bombarded us with texts and emails pressuring us to sign a contract.
2. Installation
The crew that did the installation were very professional. They came at 7am on the scheduled day and finished the job (26 panels and wiring) by 6pm. They did not cut any corners, the layout of the panels was aesthetically good, and the mounding on the roof was solid.
3. Inspection
Installation passed the inspection without anyissues.
4. Support
Where Mega Power far exceeded our expectations was in continuous support. For example, in March 2023 there were extreme winds in the area that knocked down many trees and damaged infrastructure. One of our panels was hit by some debris and got displaced. I messaged Mega Power late in the evening of that day and they got it fixed next afternoon for free. For comparison, I have heard that with other companies it can take weeks to address issues like this.

Just had a 7.2kW solar system installed by Mega Power Electric which included a Q cell inverter and battery. Top service from the start with initial proposal by Jhanna and then the installation by Ruben. The whole process was carried out professionally, on time and to a high standard of quality. The system has been up and running now for a couple of weeks and all is working well. Great job and well-done Mega Power Electric Inc.

We made the right choice with Mega Power Electric Inc. The attention to detail, the quality of their associates and their ability to speak to the solar business and beyond. Convinced me this was the company to go with. The costs were excellent and the installers were courteous, came at the time promised, and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend all their services.
