This place is pretty cool. It has a lot of stuff in disrepair, it needs a deep clean and socks for sale. A little cleaning and attention to detail would go a long way. Went for a party terrified to see what free play would look like.

Randomly closed when they are listed as open. My kids were so excited to go to Wacky Tacky only to be told at the door that they are closed for a party. Hard for a six year old to understand after getting excited for such a special trip.
Do not recommend. Not going back.

I have a bad experience with this place. Before coming here, in google maps it was showing that the store was open to PUBLIC. But, when we came here with my 3 years old daughter, assistant said that there were private parties. No public. After playing half hour here, my daughter did not let me go anywhere by crying. HOWEVER, they did not let us to play. I asked assistant why they had not informed people on google maps. And she said I DO NOT KNOW. It is terrible day for me. Do not recommend

Wish I could give NO stars. This place was TERRIBLE and a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. We paid for a party of 25, so that should tell you how much we spent.
This was our first time at the place and our last. Our original party date was cancelled for "sanitation". So, we had to shift for that.
They spelt my kids names wrong on the sign. We brought it up and they said, they had no access to the computer to print a new one.
One staff member said my group could go play in one room, then another staff member tells them to get out.
The concept of personal space is lost on the staff here. They push their way in-between people and expect you to move.
They made us pay an "application fee" for some reason . We never filled out an application.
They made us pay for decorations but wouldn't let us take the decorations home. They said that they reuse them for each party . Not very sanitary if you ask me. Why make us pay for decorations if we can't keep them? A staff member told me that they credit that back?
On top of all that, they claim to have closed for sanitation? Why does this place still smell like one of my Dad's sweaty work boots?
Definitely not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
