I hired Sandra about two months ago. She quoted me a price of $200 to clean my house every two weeks. The last visit I placed sheets on my bed and my daughters bed. She changed my sheets but not my daughters. I asked her about this and she said because my daughter has stuff on her bed (stuffed animals) she would charge me $10 extra to change her sheets. She has 3 people cleaning which is equivalent to 6 hours worth of work. I had a housekeeper prior with two people that I paid less and they were here for 2 hours equal to 4 hours of work and they had no problem changing the sheets if needed. Our family has our own business and we would never nickel and dime customers for service that should already be included. We were not asking her to stay longer. We also have four rooms where she is mainly cleaning just the floor my daughter’s rooms, the guest room and the game room. Very petty! Service: Standard clean

Very nice people, but when I specifically asked her to clean my baseboards she said okay. When she came to tell me she was done, I asked if she cleaned the baseboard and she said yes. After she left, come to find out she never touch the baseboards. Make sure you check their work before you pay them.
