BOA is becoming worse day by day for businesses. The tellers at the window are rude and clueless especially the old East Indian man. And the specialist in the office with red hair is liberal opinionated about the economy. I didnt even ask her opinion, she seemed to share things I dont care about and are not true.

Just waste of time. Today I had an appointment but they kept me waiting about 20 minutes and there was no one to give me an answer. If you have all day time maybe you go there otherwise don't go to this branch. They put available time on the website but there is no one to give you service.

I wanted to take a minute and tell one of the staff there who is on the floor and not one of the tellersthank you for making my life easier this week. I showed up with deposits for our small business, and my special needs son was with me. As we waited in line he because fascinated with the money counting machine that makes a purrr noise.
When it was finally our turn, my son was DONE with the bank. And this sweet staff member came over and grabbed a stack of bills, and ran it through the money counter over and over for him so I could finish with the deposits.
No one asked her to do this. She just saw a struggle and without judgement, took it upon herself to make our life easier and happier. 5 stars for the cute brown haired staffer. Thank you so much.

After having horrible customer service at the Auburn branch, I called this branch and asked if they could get us in to open a business account. The gal I spoke with said let me make sure, put me hold and then got back on and said yes, come on in. We drove straight there, their manager that handles business accounts came right over, introduced himself and helped us out. He was kind, professional and helped us out immensely seeing that we did not have an appointment. His name was Markus. Highly recommend this branch.
