De Lien is always nice to his patients. He is smiling all the time and patiently ask me what's wrong. He is very professional and gentle, so I never feel nervous when I visit him. His needle skill is very very good. Plus, he is always willing to issue doctor's note when I need to request sick leave.

Dr. Lien and staff are life savers! Our whole family goes to see him (for close to 20 years now) and we've referred many family and friends, too! They have said the same! One of the tips I can provide is to be patient, there are a lot of sick people and everyone is not feeling well - Dr. Lien and staff are doing their best to help everyone. If you are impatient and can't wait then go to urgent care or emergency. If you can wait, make an appointment and be patient.

Very upset with this medical office. Staffs don't pick up phone call or if they pick up the call, they purposely hung up immediately before you even say anything. I've trying to call for over 2 weeks for medical record and can't get a hold of the office. Very unprofessional and would definitely report to the insurance company and Medicare for this unethical and unprofessional practice.
