Wendy was the most difficult person to work with. She asked for information, ignored my responses, and asked for the same things I just sent her. This was typical with every single transaction with her. I know many 7 year olds with better communications skills. Stay far, far away unless you like having a quick, simple process turn into a drawn out, hair-pulling headache.
