Let me start off by saying i am appalled by the level of service my wife got today while dropping my trailer off at this location. Steven Contreras was the rudest , most unhelpful experience that could be had in any service oriented capacity. He didn't offer to help or explain exactly what needed to be done like he totally hated his job. Hey management.. If you have employees that don't want to represent your brand well or help you customers, do something about it or you wont have any customers ! This experience was so bad i have to blame the Management, not this sorry excuse of an employee. Do your business a favor..train your associates to extend even the most basic of customer professional courtesy and not tolerate bad attitude people that obviously don't want to be happy to have a job or at least be courteous to your paying customers that keep your business open.

I brought my jayco eagle BHDS trailer in for the furnace not working. Jeffrey Starr in the service department took in my trailer and found that the Furrion furnace was not working and ordered new parts and called me to make an appointment. Today I took my trailer in for the furnace to be replaced and Steven Contreras took care of everything for me. Thank you Camping World service department for all the help. Great group of people working there.
