      Sac Luded on Google

      image I'm a California process severer that was hired by ABC Process Serving out of Texas to serve papers here locally. ABC Process Serving failed to pay me for services rendered. I was later hired by Thomas Court Services, not realizing this was the same company, (I think one is in the wife's name and one the husbands) they also failed to pay any of their invoices.
      There are a number of reports from other process servers around the country in various process servers Facebook groups also claiming they've never been paid.you
      If you're a process server, do not take any work from these people without a credit card on file first.
      If you're looking to hire a process server, I would question their ethics and business practices.
