The receptionist and the staff were amazing. But I did not like the doctor. She was not sensitive at all or wanting to explain more of my visit to the doctor. She seemed irritated when I was asking questions. I would never want to be seen by her again.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Workers are unprofessional and rude, front desk woman is REPUGNANT. She should learn how to speak to others. I will never bring my business here ever again and I suggest no one else does either!

The worst front desk staff I have encountered and witnessed with other patient/clients of them. They have a bad attitude, demanding tone of voice not courteous at all it’s a horrible feeling walking in there and not knowing if they will be in a good mood. NP Terry Santiago did treated my daughter with the right medication she needed for her skin problem but the first visit she hardly let me ask questions and cut me off I felt like she was in a rush to get us out. Follow ups where no problem for staff to let my 14 year old daughter to go in there by her self and see the dr while I waited in the waiting room with my other child because we weren’t allow in all together I understand no problem but today I walk in there to a new follow up NOTE: no one in the waiting room and that rude lady I post a picture with red arrow not sure of her name maybe head/ manager wanted my under age daughter to wait outside and if not I would have to reschedule. So I remind her she had no problem with the last time we were there and I waited with my child while my 14 year old went in to see the dr😖, my daughter didn’t get to see the dr and she really need to see her 😡. Didn’t reschedule and not coming back all because of the rude staff. Now looking for a new DERMATOLOGIST sorry not sorry. Also I inform and notify my insurance! ALSO HEARD THE YOUNGER LADY TALKING OVER PHONE WITH A RUDE TONE SPEAKING SPANISH TO PATIENT.
