Don’t pay for student loan consolidation (they will offer to prepare your documents for you for a fee). Applying for consolidation is free and you can contact your current loan provider if you have questions about the process.
Employees were nice on the phone (but of course they are, they want your money). It’s unfortunate that we currently allow businesses to target student loan borrowers and mislead them into spending more money for services they don’t need to pay for.
Can’t speak to their other document services. This review only reflects my experience with their student loan department.

Freedom provides Excellent Service...However, it is difficult to get a live person this week due to their answering machine being on.
