I brought my Prius in for regular maintenance including transmission fluid flush as well as concerns about squeaky brakes, I anticipated would be $600-800. I signed an $850 estimate after the service technician, Robert, thoroughly explain it to me. When I returned, I was delighted at the $378 bill. I was thrilled that they had managed to find simple, effective fixes for the costly issues. Thank you Robert and Thank you Lithia!

Very good attention! They accepted my 2004 Toyota Sienna. Appointments are online or in a branch. Getting your call answered is complicated since they are always full with in-person clients. Once you have made your appointment online, communication by email is fluid and good for clarifying doubts and prices.

So far so GOOD.Better then Medford by a long shot.i am getting things done here . That I have waited a year to get done. The lady that greeted us when we came in .was Wonderful an full of Joy.

our experience at your service center is terrible. we made an appt. there and the waited for two hours for service. Why even bother making an appt. ? Then my wife was told that we had skipped our 60 thousand service and now the 90 thousand was due. We did not skip anything. We had both services done in another shop. Most shops in town will do the services cheaper and better than you. I made the mistake of getting the lifetime service when I bought my car there. No more, I will gladly pay some one else to do it from now on in order to avoid doing business with you in the future. please tell your service manager to at least return his calls no matter how nasty they might get.
