      image A simple battery change was a challenge. A 45 minute wait took over 2 hours. Then, two days later, while of road and 10 miles from any civilization, the Jeep wouldn't start. After an hour of being stranded in the middle of nowhere, I figured out the problem: the technician failed to tighten the positive connector to the battery. This is a basic part of the battery change. If they can't do this right, God help those getting an oil change or a brake job.

      image 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on appointment is Crazy ! Never again ! Edit* when to check my car and they never even did the tire rotation !
