Maybe it is not you guys working at this office . The worst delivery service. They don't even have enough support. I couldn't contact them, all the time bots. Yesterday it said that it will be delivered by 7 pm but yesterday afternoon it said that they missed me. I was at home all the time. I called and asked them to deliver in the morning but everything is useless. For two days I am waiting for them and losing my time.

Horrible customer service as far as everytime I go there no matter what time of day it is there is a long wait. Not enough employees, sometimes only one person working and there is a line out of the door.

The store was empty and this guy made me wait 3-4 minutes. When the store was empty!! He was doing nothing, but intentionally having me wait. I will NEVER return to this UPS store. I was only dropping off a small Amazon return! In my opinion he was just messing around and waiting UPS wages. Doing idle things that could be done after me, the customer. Ill tell Everyone I know DONT GO TO THIS ONE!

I dont recommend getting
fingerprints done here - When I went in for a photo (which was terrible; they couldn't have done a worse job if they were trying) - anyway, while I was waiting for the photo I noticed they had LiveScan applications just lying out on the counter for anyone to see or even take a picture of with their phone - these applications have the customer's personal information *including social security number*. This business should not have a LiveScan license. For package returns, just opt to return at Whole Foods - you don't need a box or a label, just the QR code they automatically send to your email/phone.
As to my photo: The person insisted he had to take it 12" from my face -- anybody with a phone knows this will distort your face and isn't allowed in a passport photo. Compounding this is their low, ugly florescent lighting that will cast shadows on your face, which is also not allowed in a passport photo. The person taking the photo insisted that the printer software tells him whether the photo is acceptable, but 1) What he printed wasn't what the printer read out showed, it was much darker and I had to insist several times that he at least lighten the shadows on my face, and 2) the printer doesn't know what you look like, so it can't possibly know whether the person taking the photo has distorted you or not.
I went to FedEx and got a photo that was 10x better, and the person stood 4' away, not 1' away, and there was no distortion and no shadows.
I don't know how this UPS is allowed to conduct business when by all accounts they have no concern for regulations or security.
