From the start of the design through the final product, there was great written and verbal communication. Every request was graciously accommodated. The design, building process, quality of materials and level of workmanship were all top notch! We couldnt be happier with our new cabinets! These custom cabinets were better and comparable in price to the box store pricing. We appreciated their willingness to answer little questions we had after we had installed the cabinets and didnt just act as though their responsibility ended, they want the customer to be satisfied and love their product. I am so happy with the vanity they custom made for my bathroom, i'm moving my 90-year-old grandmother in to my house, so I had to make sure that she had what she needed for her bathroom, not only were their prices and installation great, the Quality of work was beyond what I expected, I would absolutely recommend anyone who is Looking for Cabinets

Saw a beautiful kitchen online. Contacted selling agent. Asked who did the work. Talked to the contractor and found out J&C built the cabinets. BOOM. I was emotionally on board! I think...no, I KNOW, Melanie is dream team material! I always had a vision for the type of kitchen I wanted but my kitchen layout wasn't conducive to making that a reality. Day in and day out, I was not enjoying my cheesecake factory-like kitchen with venetian plaster, green granite, a peninsula, a curved island with raised bar, and major lack of storage! I originally contacted J&C and got a bid back in 2018 and when I dragged my feet, Melanje proactively reached out to me to see if she could help. I finally told her I really wanted to remodel but felt like my initial proposed design wasn't optimal but I really didn't know how to fix it (without relocating the entire kitchen). When I thought I'd have to hire a designer, she had me hold off and helped me navigate through the various challenges we were facing. Melanie went way above and beyond to listen, provide feedback, propose ideas, modify ideas, and work tirelessly until we had a good game plan. She even helped me narrow down my blue island color and I could not love my island more! She made my vision of a beautiful pinterest hood I found not only come to life but she made it even better by adding extra details! I showed her some inspo photos of a mudroom bench with cubbies. She modified that so it would work in my space and it looks stunning! She was so responsive and patient throughout. I am extremely picky and thorough to a fault and she always welcomed my questions. Such awesome work and amazing service! She is the face of J&C and I truly do not believe anyone else could do as good of a job representing J&C as she does! Thank you, Melanie for all your help and thank you J&C for executing on Melanie's drawings! My kitchen and laundry room cabinets look great!
