Renting in California is tough these days, but it helps when you are able to do business with people who care. Luann and her team are the best! They are professional, punctual and friendly! Anytime we need anything they are on top of it immediately! Moving can be a very stressful event, but Luann made us feel comfortable and right at home.. part of the family. If you do business with Town and Country, you know what I am talking about!! If you are an owner looking for someone manage your properties, I would 100% recommend using this company. They treat it like their own!

Laun, Missy, and Eden have been our property managers for the past 30 some years . They are amazing at what they do . They are quick to respond when ever there was a problem with one of our Propertys. If i could give them higher then a 5 star review i would do that but it only lets you give up to a 5 star review. I highly recommend using Town and Country Property Management in Ramona Ca because they are awesome at what they do . Jim and Kathy Langlois

Hands down one of the most neglectful companies I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to attempt to deal with.
After receiving instructions from a property owner that uses this SAD company, I spent the next 3 business days attempting to reach ANYONE in the office.
After half a dozen calls and three detailed messages with ALL my info, I heard back exactly what you should expect from them. NOTHING!!!
I attempted again to reach them this morning, and was greeted by what has to be one of the nastiest mannered, old haggard women I've ever had the misfortune to speak with. Not only was she rude, but she was insulting the minute I asked about sending an online payment versus driving an hour and a half for a $30 background/credit check.
Veteran day was two days ago. This woman makes me wish I'd never served 14 honorable years.
Do this country a favor, and put businesses like this, OUT OF BUSINESS. There are plenty of other reputable, competent property management businesses in Ramona,
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE.
