Truely a heart and soul giving very professional very detailed and most of all very friendly service to your travel needs..their really aren't many business like this one here in porterville, ca that will do as much as possible to give you the best deal possible for your travel needs...very honest and really a hardworking people.. If you need to fly or travel by bus...you can book for reservations with them should not hesitate to give them a call if you speak Spanish that's great but if you don't still do not let the language barrier discourage you from getting the best travel deal possible. They can interpret if you have any problem understanding or speaking Spanish. Tell them Ali sent you and maybe you and i get a slight discount on our next travel deal hopefully... But there's no guarantee never hurts to try and be recommended by someone to save money. Hopefully you will get a very attentive customer service like I did for my travel needs. Good luck to you.
