I went to this location to update the transfer of billing for internet and cable and I received such exceptional service from one of their representatives. My parents wanted to possibly upgrade their device and cell provider (Verizon). Lisa took the time to go over the products and services that spectrum provides. Their experience was put at ease with her patience, knowledge, and ability for them to make a decision. They purchased 2 iPhones and are satisfied with the whole experience.

The consultant willinton at the port ranch store was racist derogatory and gave me poor service verbally and non-verbally.

The rep did not tell me that upgrading to the new equipment would not be as simple as plugging in the new system. I lost my network and phone service. I had to call a service person to fix the connection and wait for the service call the next day. What a waste of time
