Terrible customer service they said I didnt have an appointment with them when they give me the appointment and sent me a text notification but now they said no Im wrong when I have the address , time and date on hand . TERRIBLE STUFF

My autistic 3 year old went there for 3 months and out of nowhere told me he was kicked out for biting someone but I wasnt told of this till a week after he supposedly did it and my son is not one to bite anyone and also didnt show proof or anything of the sort please work on your communication skills! one of this therapists was very rude to us saying how horrible and ending the session early because of how bad he was and the fact that its not one therapist but traded off is not good autistic kids need repetition.They said I can still stay for speech but if something like that happened and I wasnt told while I wasnt with my son what else happens that parents are not told about??

Maxum pediatric speech has been a God sent. The staff are incredible, they are patient with me, answer all my questions and concerns. Before I started with Maxum, they informed me of their AM session restrictions and I moved forward. I know that many places don't take on any new patients and the waitlists are 6 months to be seen for care. I am thankful to have even found care for him. And great care at that!His speech therapist has been working with him for a little over 4 months.. he finally said his name yesterday!! We are so blessed, she works hard with him, she gives us the handouts and we do the work at home with our son.  She is patient, she plays games that he likes, he is excited to see her and work with her! In fact he rushes me out of the lobby to spend time with her!The team are so great, updated his goals so that he meets them. The front staff is incredible, Miss Delmi and Miss Darlene in particular, they have been so patient with me, so kind, they are just excited when I tell him my son has met a goal! They see him in the lobby and interact with him with love. I am so thankful for this staff and this team. Maxum therapy has truly increased my son's quality of life. They've given him a voice! Tools to communicate with us! I will always be thankful and sing their praises!! Please call them and schedule -- and remember for every bad review you read, there's probably 10 amazing reviews - just like mine, we just haven't been able to get around to leaving it - we tend to forget to be thankful when things go great it's not easy to find pediatric speech services in OC - so I respect their restrictions and work with them to schedule accordingly - I've tried other places and shuffled him through other therapists. We are so comforted to know we have landed with Maxum. No better care, people to take care of our family. Thank you Maxum! thank you Miss Stephanie! Miss Delmi! Miss Darlene! And the entire staff who would so hard!
