Initially experienced a slight technical difficulty with the webpage not loading for the specific part needed (a Rogar Estate replacement cam and "dog"). I called the customer service hotline not expecting any answer since it was later in the evening 5:30pmPST. The gent who answered was very helpful - recognized that rooting out the nature of the "404 error" would have taken longer than simply processing the order for me. Could not be happier with the customer service... apparently there are some companies who still believe it is worth something. A++

Horrible experience. I was told unit was in stock so I ordered it. Seven weeks later I still dont have the unit and it was sent to another state. Difficult to get ahold of anyone accountable and a big mess. Buyer beware!
