My child have been on the waiting list since 2014 and it is now 2018. The response i have been told is they do not have funding right now. So she is still on the list. I miss ccis a least you got better answer then that.

From day one my worker has been giving me issues. She never state full facts and is always suspicious of anything I need or ask. I personally think she doesn't like African Americans. There's no other reason for her conduct. She's rude, combative, and treats me and responds to my questions as if I don't matter. I thought this was a service given to those in need to further their life and education. It's workers like her that turn good fortune into negativity. I am currently looking for a source above her office to address the issues that have made me totally uncomfortable.

They don't even deserve a 1 star at this location. This Friday I had to get recertified, and first off the front desk rep. Was not at her desk I rang the bell a few times (minutes apart) and still she didn't come. When she arrive no apologies (for why she had took about 10 minutes or so) the only thing is she said: what are u here for Really?. Then, that's not all Nancy (child care specialist) is a very rude person as well. I am also going to change her as my worker. Upon arriving she had already made a bad impression with me on the phone. She was rude I am normally seen at the Baldwin Park office so when I asked what's her address, She's respond quite nasty: like its on the paper work. As far as what she needed was some check stubs the paper had been crossed out making it look like 14 checks stubs needed, so I ask her can she clarify? (again it kills her to answer simply questions) She said it should be written where it says check stub (duh I d know that... as I thought to myself) can you tell me how many then. She busted out with my receptionist always makes sures to put that information, well sorry to say I don't understand can you check please. As she checked she got back to me oh, this is for 4 months and you will need to come in on Thursday, because that's the only day we do re certification .OK. Then, calls me and said oh, is it ok you come in Friday? I said ok. To end it short, but wth I thought there only done on Thursday.
More training for this office staff!!! It's as if they are not happy with their job
