So much fun! If you hate to work out like I do, this is the thing to try. It’s a hard workout, but if I can do it, anyone can. ILKB Pasadena has a clean facility, welcomes newbies with open arms and creates a fun experience for everyone. Wichita, the instructor, keeps you moving, having fun and guides you through every punch. Being new to kickboxing, I never feel ignored, he is right there to show me what to do. After just a couple of classes, I already feel stronger and more energized. Come join us!

I joined iLKB because I didn't really know what to do at the gym and wasn't seeing much progress. This a great class to join if you're looking for a great workout which is also very fun! The instructor, WichiTa, is nice, funny, and very helpful if you are new. He will teach you step by step so you can get your form correctly. Been here for a few weeks and I will continue to do so!

One of the best workouts I've had in a long time! The instructor Wichita combines great kickboxing drills, with hiit drills to create an amazing and FUN workout! I have to try this!
