I wish I have seen those reviews prior to ordering! I spend more than a $110 on beautiful Orchids and I got no email to say if they delivered or not?! Answer your emails?!

Terrible flowers and terrible customer service. Problem with an order (wrong flowers, incorrect arrangement, incorrect flower pot) and when it was brought to the owner's attention, they said they wouldn't be able to do anything, no refund, nothing. How is this place still in business? Wish I had read the reviews first!

Extremely disappointing due to (1) the inconsistency between the product ordered and that delivered, (2) very poor quality plants, (3) extremely bad customer service. So sad to write such a severe review for a small business but these people couldn't care less about what they do, so please skip this nightmare and just buy healthy plants at any regular grocery store! Here's my full experience:
My mum sent me the "Regal Orchids", which cost $165 and look exquisite on the webpage. The description reads as follows:
“Grace. Beauty. Prosperity. And love. These are just some of the lovely qualities attached to the exquisite orchid. So imagine the effect of receiving six stunning orchid plants all at once. Magical, right?
Two brilliant green miniature phalaenopsis orchids, two lavender miniature phalaenopsis orchids and two dazzling white miniature phalaenopsis orchids are surrounded by white river rocks and delivered in a unique crème ceramic pedestal planter. Give someone the royal treatment! "
Here's what I received:
1. There were not "six stunning orchid plants” but only 3 separate plants, with a total of 5 spikes
2. There was no color variety, only pink phalaenopsis orchids
3. The “unique creme ceramic pedestal planter” was substituted for a green plastic pot
4. There were no “white river rocks” only fake plastic moss
5. The orchids are not “brilliant” but a sad, including one with a leaf sliced off
What's worse is that beneath the fake moss, I discovered the orchids were buried in a mass of regular potting soil, that looked like discard from another plant, containing random roots and fern fronds. With no drainage or aeration the roots on all 3 plants were rotting within a week. If I simply followed the care instructions on the phalaenopsis care label attached to the order, this plant would have been instantly condemned. I've repotted them in bark but I doubt they will survive.
I received no reply to my email with photos attached requesting compensation. I then wrote a text and the reply offered 2 free orchids. I drove to the shop to talk to the lady owner and managed to negotiate a $28 refund instead of more doomed plants, but my mum still wasted ~$140 : ( This measly $28 apparently covers the missing plants. They refused additional compensation, claiming that all the substitutions made were totally reasonable. Apparently there are no healthy orchids, or color variety or ceramic pots or river rocks because of COVID. When pressed on the poor quality of the flowers, they feel this is not their responsibility, especially 3 days after delivery.
A final note is that within minutes of arriving at the shop I was shooed away with claims of how busy this lady is ... I am truly sorry for those about to be let down by this business.

The red roses are very beautiful! Thank you to this Flowershop for genuine assistance. All of my worries were gone now! I will never look for another Flowershop to contact in the future. Their services and flowers were very refreshing. It deeply admired me throughout the services. Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure!

I ordered the flowers 3 days in advance and they still delivered really late on Mother’s Day. The worst part was the flowers they sent were really cheap and looked nothing like the picture they posted online. Some of the flowers were wilted and the bouquet was really small. This made my mother upset and ruined our Mother’s Day. Stay away from this shop!
